While the Mandalorian Season 3 was perhaps a bit underwhelming, at least it featured Grogu flexing some new powers. Spoiler alert, obviously.
The season finale from this week showed our Baby Yoda all growns up as he generated a Protection Bubble, or used the Force Shield, which were first used extensively in Star Wars Legends. Clearly, Grogu is becoming more powerful which indicates that we're getting closer and closer to his maturation. Perhaps we may even hear him speaking soon?
In other Mandalorian news, rumor had it that due to scheduling conflicts with The Last of Us, Pedro Pascal barely appeared himself in this season and featured mostly as a voice actor which doesn't bode well for his insistence that he should be paid as an actor. Moreover, industry insiders revealed that there were plans to show his Pascal's visage once again in the season finale with yet another helmet-less scene but that wasn't meant to be.
