Our Story
Alter Ego Comics is founded as a home-based business.
The Alter Ego brick and mortar store opens in downtown Lima, Ohio.
Alter Ego is named one of three finalists for “Emerging Business of the Year” by the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce.
Alter Ego is named one of three finalists for "Emerging Business of the Year".
Alter Ego moves to a new, larger location on Main Street.
Alter Ego Comics is named "Small Business of the Year" by the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce.
Alter Ego welcomes Shop For Good into its space giving shoppers two businesses under one room.
Alter Ego welcomes Purple Feet Wine Boutique, Legacy Sounds Studio and Live at The Lab to it’s space, creating a unique shopping and entertainment experience.
Alter Ego Comics is named one of three finalists for Small Business of the Year.
Alter Ego Comics wins the "Best of the Region" award (Antique/Coin/Collectibles Store) from The Lima News.
